1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made on this website between OVAMARCOM and its retail customers. Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in dirhams, all taxes included. Products sold by weight are charged on the weight actually measured at the counter during preparation; the gap against the ordered quantity stays under 5%.

3. Availability

Stock is specific to each store. If an item is unavailable at preparation time we tell you, and its line is deducted from the total.

4. Ordering and collection

Every order belongs to a single store. Collection takes place during the hours shown on the store page, on presentation of the order number.

5. Delivery

Times and fees depend on the chosen store and are repeated before confirmation. Chilled goods travel in insulated boxes.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. A defect reported within 24 hours leads to refund or replacement.

7. Payment

Cash on delivery or bank card. No card number is stored by us.

8. Complaints

Any complaint may be sent through the contact form. Moroccan law applies.
